○ 한국어능력기준(각 항목 중 1개 이상 만족)

○ 참여자 활동계획서: 목표의 명확성·구체성·실현가능성, 한국 정주 가능성, 한국어능력

   계발 가능성 등을 고려하여 종합적으로 평가
