The Samsung Dream Scholarship Foundation is now accepting applications for the 2025 Fall Semester Global Hope Scholarship as outlined below. 

A. Eligibility (All conditions must be met):

• International students currently enrolled in or newly admitted to undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral programs at the university
  ※ Undergraduate students are not eligible if they are receiving any other scholarship that covers tuition
  ※  Students subject to Global Korea Scholarship are not eligible

• Students from developing countries listed in the DAC List of ODA Recipients (refer to the attached list; overseas Koreans are excluded)

• Must hold a foreign nationality

• Must have a TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) score of level 2 or higher

B. Scholarship Benefits:

• Undergraduate students: Full tuition waiver and a monthly stipend of KRW 800,000

• Graduate students: Scholarship up to KRW 5,000,000 per semester (amount may vary depending on other scholarships received)

C. Scholarship Duration:

• Undergraduate: Up to 8 semesters

• Master’s: Up to 4 semesters

• Doctoral: Up to 6 semesters

• Integrated Master’s and Doctoral: Up to 8 semesters
  ※ Continuation of the scholarship will be determined based on academic performance at the end of each semester

D. Number of Recipients:

• 1 student ※ The foundation may choose not to select a recipient at its discretion

E. Application Method:

• Submit required documents to GSES office(scanned version) by Wed, July 9th, 2025 (submission of original documents is not required)
