◯ 2023학년도 제2학기 석·박사학위논문제출자격시험 시행계획 안내

1.접수기간 : 2023. 9. 1.(금) ~ 9. 6.(수) 10:00-17:00

- 외국인학생의 한국어시험은 2023. 8. 28.(월) ~ 9. 5.(화) 접수

- 논자시 응시자: 학사행정시스템에서 전산신청

- 전산신청: 학사정보→졸업→졸업시험신청→종합시험신청→신규→신청

- 논자시 면제 신청자: 학사행정시스템에서 전산신청하고, [붙임] 면제신청서 및 관련 증빙자료를 행정실 제출

★면제신청자를 포함한 모든 논자시 응시자들은 마이스누로 반드시 전산 신청해야함

★논자시 면제신청서 이메일 제출 시, 이메일 제목: "2023학년도 2학기 논자시 응시원서_OOO(2XXX-XXXXX)"

2.제출서류(아래 해당자만 행정실로 제출)

1) 면제신청자: 면제신청서 및 논문(계획 및 설계학과, 협동과정 조경학 면제신청 해당자)
∗ 학사위원회 승인을 받아야 논자시 면제가 가능함
*학사일정상 논자시 면제 승인 일자와 논자시 시험 일자 간 2~3일 정도의 시간이 주어지는 관계로 만약 면제 심사에서 불합격할 시 전공 시험을 준비할 시간이 충분하지 않을 수 있습니다. 이에 지원 학생은 논자시 면제 기준 충족 여부를 충분히 검토하시어, 승인 대상자에 해당하는 경우에만 지원 신청을 해주시기 바랍니다. 통과 여부가 불확실하다고 판단되는 경우 미리 시험 준비에 응하시는 것을 권고 드립니다. 

2) 협동과정조경학전공은 응시계획서 1부 추가 제출

◯ Notice on Master’s and Doctorate Thesis Submission Eligibility Test Process 2023 Fall Semester

1. Application Period: 2023.9.1.(Fri) ~ 9.6.(Wed) 10:00-17:00

- Application Period of Korean exam for Internation Student: 2023. 8. 28.(Mon) ~ 9.5.(Tue)

- Applicant: Apply online on mySNU

- Academic Affairs → Graduation → Apply for Graduation Exam → Apply for Graduation Exam → New → Apply

- Applicant for exemption: Apply online on mySNU and submit the attached application for exemption, and related evidence to the administration office.

★All applicants for the Thesis Submission Eligibility Test, including those who apply for exemption, must apply online on My SNU.

2.Forms to be submitted to the administration office (Only the person concerned submits the documents to the administrative office)

1) Applicant for exemption: Application for the exemption on the Thesis Submission Eligibility Test (only to students of relevance), Fill up and submit the request form for the exemption on the Thesis Submission Eligibility Test. (attached) Exemptions are granted only when approved by the GSES Academic Affairs Committee.

2) Students of Program in Landscape Architecture must submit 1 copy of 'Application Plan'

3.Thesis Submission Eligibility Test Date: 2023. 9. 20. (Wed)

Korean test for International Student : 2023. 8. 28. (Mon) A.M. 09:30 ~ A.M. 10:30(60 Min)
