2. 접수방법 및 제출 서류(응시자, 면제신청자 모두 ①전산신청 후 ②행정실 교학담당자 메일로 서류 제출)

가. 논자시 응시자: 학사행정시스템에서 전산신청 후, 아래의 서류를 교학담당자 메일로 제출
  1) (공통) 응시원서 1부(공지사항 하단 첨부의 응시원서 양식 사용, 마이스누 양식X)
  2) (협동과정 조경학 응시자만) 응시계획서 1부 추가 제출
나. 논자시 면제 신청자: 학사행정시스템에서 전산신청 후, 아래의 서류를 교학담당자 메일로 제출
  총 4가지(①응시원서 1부, ②면제 신청서 1부, ③엑셀서식, ④논문(증빙자료, 학회 발표인 경우 학회 일정표 및 발표자료 포함)

★이메일 제출 시 제목: "2026학년도 1학기 논자시 응시원서_김환경(2XXX-XXXXX)"
* 제출처: 환경대학원 행정실 교학담당자(eswon@snu.ac.kr)

3. 시험일 : 2026. 3. 25.(수), 시간은 추후 공지(오전 예정)

- 신청 및 면제 정상 접수여부를 개별 회신하지 않으며, 보완이 필요할 시 연락드립니다. 
- 면제 신청자는 환경대학원 학사위원회에서 심의 후 승인을 받아야 면제가 가능하고 결과는 추후 통보드립니다.

- Application Period of Korean exam for International Student: 2026. 2. 23.(Mon) ~ 3. 4.(Wed) 10:00-17:00

- Applicant: Apply online on mySNU and submit the Application form(attached) to the administrative office(eswon@snu.ac.kr)

- Academic Affairs → Graduation → Apply for Graduation Exam → Apply for Graduation Exam → New → Apply

- Applicant for exemption: Apply online on mySNU and submit the documents below to the administrative office(eswon@snu.ac.kr)

★All applicants for the Thesis Submission Eligibility Test, including those who apply for exemption, must apply online on My SNU.

2. Forms to be submitted to the administration office (Only the person concerned submits the documents to the administrative office)

1) Applicant for exemption: Application for the exemption on the Thesis Submission Eligibility Test (only to students of relevance), Fill up and submit the request form for the exemption and excel template (attached), Supporting documents for the thesis. Exemptions are granted only when approved by the GSES Academic Affairs Committee.

2) Students of Program in Landscape Architecture must submit 1 copy of 'Application Plan'
