※외국인학생의 한국어시험은 시험 접수 기간 및 방법은 논문제출자격시험 접수 기간 및 방법과 동일함 (*응시과목 "한국어" 체크) 
※논문제출자격시험 면제 신청 기간은 논문제출자격시험 접수기간과 동일
※행정실 메일 서류 제출도 위 기간에 완료해야 함

2. 접수방법 및 제출 서류(응시자, 면제신청자 모두 ①전산신청 후 ②행정실 교학담당자 메일로 서류 제출)
(* 전산신청: 학사정보→졸업→졸업시험신청→종합시험신청→신규→신청)

가. 논자시 응시자: 학사행정시스템에서 전산신청 후, 아래의 서류를 교학담당자 메일로 제출
  1) (공통) 응시원서 1부(공지사항 하단 첨부의 응시원서 양식 사용, 마이스누 양식X)
  2) (협동과정 조경학 응시자만) 응시계획서 1부 추가 제출
나. 논자시 면제 신청자: 학사행정시스템에서 전산신청 후, 아래의 서류를 교학담당자 메일로 제출
  총 4가지(①응시원서 1부, ②면제 신청서 1부, ③엑셀서식, ④논문(증빙자료, 학회 발표인 경우 학회 일정표 및 발표자료 포함)
※면제 신청자는 "응시원서"에는 지도교수 날인을 받지 않으셔도 됩니다.

- Applicant for exemption: Apply online on mySNU and submit the documents below to the administrative office(eswon@snu.ac.kr)

★All applicants for the Thesis Submission Eligibility Test, including those who apply for exemption, must apply online on My SNU.

1) Applicant for exemption: Application for the exemption on the Thesis Submission Eligibility Test (only to students of relevance), Fill up and submit the request form for the exemption and excel template (attached), Supporting documents for the thesis. Exemptions are granted only when approved by the GSES Academic Affairs Committee.
※ Applicants for exemption do not need to obtain their academic advisor's seal on the application form.

2) Students of Program in Landscape Architecture must submit 1 copy of 'Application Plan'

5. Other Information
  - Individual confirmation will not be sent regarding whether applications and exemption requests have been successfully received. We will contact you if any additional documents or corrections are required.
  - Applicants for exemption must have their requests reviewed and approved by the Academic Committee of the Graduate School of Environmental Studies in order for the exemption to be granted. The results will be notified at a later date.
