2026학년도 1학기 석사학위논문 중간심사 대상자들은 다음의 일정을 참고하여 논문심사에 차질이 없도록 반드시 지켜주시기 바랍니다.

※ 중간심사 일정 요약 ※
‧ 논문제목 및 주·부심 선정 신청서 제출: 3월 26일(목) (17:00까지)
‧ 논문심사 신청 : 4월 6일(월) ~ 4월 15일(수) (Mysnu 신청)
‧ 논문원고제출 : 4월 8일(수) (17:00까지)
‧ 심사료 납부 : 4월 20일(월) 09:00 ~ 5월 4일(월) (17:00까지) <평일 24시간 납부, 마지막 날 17:00 마감>
‧ 심사서류 행정실(307호) 제출 : 4월 20일(월) 09:00 ～ 5월 4일(월) 18:00까지 (논문심사료 "납부 후" 제출, 대면 제출 원칙)
‧ 논문심사 : 4월 15일(수) 

※소속학과와 다른 학위종별 신청: 2026. 5. 4.(월) 17:00까지 '학위종별변경사유서' 및 '인정교과목 확인명세서' 별도 제출(요건 충족 여부를 학과에 미리 확인) 
★기존에 다른 학위종별 신청을 하고 논문 철회 등으로 금번 학기 논문심사를 신규 신청하는 경우, 학위종별 변경 신청도 반드시 금번 학기에 재신청해야 함 유의

1. 논문심사신청 및 심사료 납부

* 심사신청 및 납부 기간: 중간심사 일정 요약 확인
* 심사신청은 mySNU 학사행정시스템에서 학생 개인이 전산으로 신청하여야 함 * 논문 심사료(10만원)는 심사신청 대상자별로 부여된 가상계좌로 입금 가능
* 논문자격(논문제출자격시험 합격, 영어성적 제출)을 만족하지 못하면 심사료 납부 불가
* 온라인 신청 후 논문심사서류 작성하여 행정실로 제출 (석사학위 논문심사원, 연구윤리준수확인서), (해당자만) 외부심사위원 계좌 이체신청서 → 첨부파일 '관련서식' 참고

2. 석사학위논문 제목 및 주·부심 선정 신청서 제출

* 제출기한 : 3월 26일(목) 17:00까지
* 제출장소 : 학과사무실(318호) 교무조교 혹은 이메일 (dwkang@snu.ac.kr)

* 지도교수님과 상의 후 지도교수님 날인을 반드시 받아 제출할 것
* 비고: 제목 및 주·부심 선정이 늦어질 경우에도 신청서는 반드시 제출(늦어지면 공란으로 제출)

1) 중간심사를 이미 받았고, 최종심사부터 받을 학생(지도교수님과의 사전협의 필요)도 동일하게 위에 명기된 기간 내 제목 및 주·부심신청서 제출
2) 외부 주·부심을 선정하였을 경우, 주부심신청서 제출 시 외부 주·부심의 중간심사 참석여부 통보(대면심사, Zoom 심사, 서면심사 셋 중 선택하여 기입).

* 지도교수와 상의 후 심사위원의 우선순위를 3순위까지 적어서 제출. 주제에 따라 도시계획학과 학과장이 주·부심 심사위원을 적절히 배분할 예정.
- 외부 심사위원의 경우, 개별적으로 연락하여 확인 후 기입

3. 중간 심사 원고 제출

* 제출기한 : 4월 8일(수) 17:00까지 (기한엄수, 논문심사 시간배정 및 진행에서 제외될 수 있음)
* 제출장소 : 학과사무실(318호) 교무조교, dwkang@snu.ac.kr
* 제출방식 : PDF 양식 논문 파일 (파일 양식을 반드시 준수 바랍니다.)

- 표지필수 : 첨부파일 참조 혹은 홈페이지의 안내 > 문서자료실 > “논문(계획학과)-석사학위논문 2, 3차 겉표지” 다운로드하여 논문 파일 첫 장에 반드시 첨부
- 홈페이지 공고문 첨부자료의 내용 참고하여 작성(A4 사이즈 원고 작성)

‧ Online Application: April 6 (Mon) ~ April 15 (Wed) (Apply in Mysnu)
‧ Submission of thesis manuscript: Before  April 08 (Wed) 17:00
‧ Payment for thesis review: April 20 (Mon) 09:00 ~ May 4 (Mon) 17:00
‧ Submission of required documents (Administrative Office, Room 307): April 20 (Mon) 09:00 ~ May 4 (Mon) 18:00
‧ Mid-term Thesis Presentation: April 15 (Wed)

1. Application and Payment for the Thesis Review Process

- The dates for the application and payment: See above for details
- Students must apply individually through the mySNU system.
- Students can submit the payment for the thesis review process (100,000 won) through a designated bank account
- If the student is not eligible for the thesis review process (for reasons such as failure to pass the thesis submission qualification exam or failure to receive a sufficient English test score or pass a Korean exam), the student will not be able to complete the payment.
- After the online application, the student must fill out the required papers for the thesis review (such as the Reviewers Application form for the Master’s thesis, and the certification form for the guidelines of research ethics) and submit them to the administration office (82-307).

2. Submission of the Application Form for the Thesis Title and Thesis Reviewers

- Submission Deadline: March 26 (Tur) 17:00
- To: Student Assistant Officer, Department office for environmental planning, Room 318, Building 82 (dwkang@snu.ac.kr)
- The student must meet with the thesis academic advisor and include the advisor’s seal on the application form before submission

*Note: Submission of the form is mandatory even with the late confirmation of the thesis title and reviewers

A. For students who have completed their second defense and wish to continue their thesis review process should also submit the form confirming their thesis title and reviewers
B. For students who have invited external reviewers should check their attendance at the designated invited examiner.

* For the Department of City Planning, after consulting with the Advisor, submit a list of the three rankings of the review committee members. The Head of the Department of City Planning will appropriately distribute the main and secondary review committee members according to the topic.
- In the case of inviting external reviewers, contact them individually, check, and submit the form

3. Submission of the Script of the Thesis

- Due: April 08 (Wed) 17:00 (Strict deadline. Students who fail to meet the deadline may be excluded from the thesis review process)

- Forms: a PDF file of the thesis script (Please ensure that the prescribed file format is strictly followed.)
