Two types of data will be used. The first type will include satellite image data from IKONOS, KOMSAT, Landsat TM and ETM+, SPOT, AVHRR, MODIS, and Radarsat. The latter type will include ground truth data obtained from field trips or airphoto interpretation. These data will be used in supervised image classification and classification accuracy tests."}
